It’s true, bringing your own healthy food can keep you from eating unhealthy stuff… but at a party? Really? I’m staring down piping hot pizza and seven-layer dip, but I’m not depriving myself or anything, I have a little baggie of carrot sticks! Yum yum!
*shrugs* I got nuthin’. I eat meat, cheese and salads. But I can eat whatever I want as long as I exercise regularly.
